At JORESTECH Safety, we are committed to your protection and satisfaction; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all safety tags and certifications intact to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the safety standards of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
